Me and my girlfriend planed to stay there because we had a wedding reception down the block at Russo's on the Bay. We didn't want to drive home late so we booked a room . We checked in at 3:30, we felt so unsafe there, I took a shower and we checked out two hours later .

Great service and clean rooms. But I can hear everything in the hallway. It's noisy!

My girlfriend came from out of town so I got a room there because I can't take her to my parents house . I'm in and out of that place no one bothers you everyone is minding their own business very good customer service very clean

Literally the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms initially smelled good, but it quickly was overridden with a cigarette smell. We were woken up at 2:40 am being told it's checkout time. What kind of stupid hotel charges by five hour increments? It's safe to say I'll never visit this hotel again.
