Friendly staff. Their boot fitting is definitely aimed toward the middle of the road skiers, not top tier experts. The foam and liner quality has declined over the years.

These guys really stand behind their products and offer outstanding customer service. I made the right decision to invest in their custom fit ski boots.

I went into Surefoot to purchase a few items for both skiing and running and was instantly satisfied at the level of knowledge and customer service that was displayed, especially by one of the associates, Brad. Brad picked out a recommended running shoe based on my computer print out of my foot. He was also very knowledgeable in ski products, as that is their main line. I was very impressed overall with the store and quality and the level of effort and competency with the store. When you head to the store, definitely ask for Brad.
