Mark Wynn, the President was rude and beligerent to me on the phone when I told him I was no longer interested in his company as my alarm service provider. I had made this decision after waiting 4 months to have my system replaced after it was shorted out due to Hurricane Sandy. He did not respond to phone calls and when he finally decided to schedule an installation date, his techinician arrived on the wrong day. He continued to bill me when I didn't have service and his professionalism is the worst I have ever encountered. Do not deal with him or his company.
