The 2nd time I took the defensive driving course at this school. I paid the money and at the end of class had to remind the owner to make photo copies of our licenses when we handed in the forms. He took our information but never submitted the papers to the DMV.
I went in person to speak with the Owner Mario, who conducts the 5 hour course and he denied that my grandfather and I were ever in his class!?! Yet I had receipt of payment, so the excuse changed that we never handed in our exams. Again he made copies of our IDs (found our forms?) and advised it would take up to 2 weeks for us to receive our certificates in the mail.
Weeks went by and still no adjustment with our insurance. I contacted the DMV and was advised no paperwork received. So again they never submitted our papers or did anything except take our money!
What trusting business professional would do this?
I complained to my insurance company who advised I take the course over somewhere else and in turn report this school to the better business burough.
Dont waste your time going to Super Mario Driving Scam Connection. They are unorganized, unethical and I am surprised they are still in business
