There is never enough heat in the building, they running illegal kindergarden in one of the appartment units and rent it as an appartment at a lower price to their own people because they are religious jews, they laundry room is filthy...Jacob Zenger is a scambag, they would lie, cheat you, they just get their salaries, and would allow tenants on board because its religious jews mafia...
