We currently live in a Superior Management Building (Jan-2009). The space is nice and location is idea. However, we've had a number of problems with the building this winter and the company is very slow to respond. Superior Management's customer service is poor, to say the least. Two night in January the building didn't have heat or hot water. It's difficult to contact the building manager and they are brash both in email and on the phone.
Additionally, our building had carbon monoxide seeping in from the neighboring building's chimneys. Management took over a week to fix this problem.
