Bad haircut, unprofessional staff, unclean environment. Do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever. I have never complained or left q store before. Here, I did both. They took my name and asked me to wait when there was no one else in the store. While I was waiting there two stylists were walking around complaining about someone else who works there. After 15 minutes of being ignored I walked out. They must be doing so well they don't need they don't need new business. So I don't think anyone should give it to them

I'm not sure if anyone will actually read this, but unless you enjoy throwing your money away, do not go to this super cuts location. There was a crowd waiting at 430, and when 5 came (closing time) they locked the door so no one else could come in because apparently we were on "their time" now according to the woman whom locked the door. Regardless of the fact the place was full of customers. I was told I would be going after someone else with a green shirt that was waiting. When he went I got up to go next, and was berated in front of everyone by the same woman that locked us in, because I mistook whom she said I was going after. If thats not all a man brought his son back because the back of his hair looked liked it had been trimmed on a trampoline. So besides the poor, and possibly illegal treatment of customers, the quality apparently lacks too. I walked out before it was my turn because I don't believe you should treat paying customers the way I was treated.
