Supercuts

I went to Supercuts for an inexpensive haircut with low expectations and yet I was still let down. For starters the woman could not even put the apron on me correctly. Throughout the course of the haircut she asked me 4 times how I wanted it done and yet it still looks uneven and completely different on every side. The only part that she did not mess up was the part that required a machine and yet it was still poorly done. At one point the stylist stopped cutting my hair in order to have a chat with another stylist at which point she used my head as an arm rest. After asking for a taper I had to repeat myself 4 times as she did not know what that meant only for her to eventually go "oh, ok" with still no clear idea of what I meant. The experience was painful as she somehow managed to tug and pull my hair as she used her scissors. Overall, the cut took twice as long as any haircut I've ever gotten (I'm a guy with short hair), was painful and uncomfortable, low-quality, and left poor results yet still full price. I feel humilated and do not intend to return. If I could give negative stars I would as I feel just give 1 star is far far too generous. The name of the woman who cut my hair was Radelsa.

Was shopping around and it was convenient that the salon was in the area, but never again totally felt discriminated. The lady doing my son's hair cut seemed in a rush told her just cut with scissors next thing I notice she is using the machine and cut my son's sides uneven. At the end of the session she just tried to sell me products and charge me. Another child there about the same age of my son, his lady was talkive with the child and at the end of the session offered lollipops. Never going back.
