It was the first time for my 4 year old. The lady was impatient and grudgingly told my son to not to move. As I advised her to have patience with kids, she did a bad job with the scissors. There were uneven patches all over. For me as well it was one of the worst experiences. Even after I told I don't want curls, she hardly cut it. It was embarrassing to repeat myself. I have been there before and some of them were good, but unfortunately this weekend was so bad it prompted me to write something about it.
