This store is terrible, you can never find a cart and the produce is always way beyond their fresh date. Berries have mold, mangoes and avocados are squishy and apples are gross. Meat is repackaged after it expires to sell it (you can tell by the old pieces of plastic stuck to the meat when opening it) and I had to return meat several times that where rotten when opened.

worst I have to say. None of the butchers would even acknowledge me standing there. I'm a chef and will go past S&S to WF's up on Highway 87

I've been shopping at this store for years, but after today I'm done. I called to specifically ask if they had power and stocked shelves after Hurricane Sandy and was told yes to both questions.
Wasted 30 minutes and precious gas driving there to find out the store is half dark and they've been running on generator power for a week. FURIOUS that they made me waste gas when there's none to be found right now without a multiple hour wait.
I'll find a new supermarket. I'm done with Stop & Shop.
