The management at this location is horrendous, Stop & Shop should really step in and take a look at what's going on. Every time I have been here one of my items scans up wrong so I must decide if it's worth waiting on line for customer service to rectify. The customer service reps are always on their cell phones, talking and laughing with other employees but are never helping customers, when they finally do recognize that the line is building up they are rude and short.
