After the recent remodel, the store seems to have a greater selection of organic and healthy foods. If you have a shoppers card, the self scanner helps you shop and pack which speeds up the checkout. Bring your own bags to save 5 cents each. A Starbucks is also int he store right by the entrance so that you can have a drink while you shop -- cup holder on sopping carts.

I have been shopping here for years on and off. Some prices are a bit high but still reasonable for the quality. I especially enjoy the scanners they provide you with to help you stay within your budget. You also learn about any specials they may be having in the store. As you shop you get to bag your items. When you are ready to checkout, all that's left is to hand the cashier your scanner and pay. Very simple shopping. I also really appreciate the clean open floor plan and feeling of the store. There's even a special section of organic items.

I think that stop & shop Is very over priced and has very little stock of food. In the store they never have what you want. In the store at all. Like milk or eggs butter or beard . When You need it
