The shop is a bit small, but they have great high quality options for dog/cat foods available (grain free and the like). The staff has always been very friendly to me and answers any questions that I have. The toy section isn't very big but I do like to pick up treats from here.

There's also a grooming section in the back that seems to be popular. It's a good shop to have in the neighborhood and I will definitely be back again.

I'm very happy with the job they've been doing for the last seven years. The prices are good and they are kind to me and my pet. Would recommend to anyone!

Took our two cats here for grooming - they came home clean and fluffy. Food prices are fine compared to the two other shops in Sunnyside that carry holistic foods. The groomer charges much less than our last one and the job is just as well. We will be back again soon!

My dog got ear cut after grooming from this shop. The owner refused to admit that this cut is from them and said it is from somewhere else. But my dog was only 6month old at that time and it was first time grooming. So it is impossible my dog could get this cut from anywhere else. Moreover the blood stopper was applied on the cut area after grooming so it is obvious that they do aware of this cut

These owners have moved from their initial Greenpoint Ave location due to complaints from the neigborhood shoppers. They are in the wrong business and the Korean woman Judy is just NASTY when it comes to asking questions about certain products. It's shut up and buy it, or just leave....! And that's just shopping for regular supplies, I can't imagine getting any services like grooming done in this place....! Talk about going postal...!

Save yourself the grief of dealing with these people and go to Petland or PETCO. Mind you PETLAND is only a few blocks away on 48th St and Northern Ave in the Wholesale Liquidators Mall.
