If you get room off the street it's ok,but the opposite site is terrible because of subway. First night someone from the front desk called us at 4am! Just to check if the room is empty or not. And heat was not working. You have to count with 45 minutes if you wanna get to the NYC center. But on the other hand it was quite cheap...

I rent a room here and there was escorts and pimps fight next door I can hear them. One guy was trying to get me to pay for a girl I told him I wasn't interested he got mad. The hooker kept begging me goes by the name Desi. I'm never going back there again.

We stayed here in April (coming from Toronto, Canada) and it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and tidy. It's a great location, you can just leave your car at the parking lot and go shopping in the many stores close by. This is definetly where we will be going every time we go to New York. We recommend it to everyone.
