Very unprofessional. So much goes on have a bunch of things to say. Seen a little girl fall off a chair she was standing on (19months old) and when her grandmother came took pick her up because the little girl was hurt they told the grandmother she had tripped running with the kids. They werent paying attention at all. Had to call 311 4 times on this place for situations regarding my daughter, really upset its still running.
