Horrible horrible horrible, walked in. Everyone wearing shorts and flip flops on their phones watching TV, completely ignored me until i greeted them...even then they seemed unwilling to help, no one there to guide me. I was on my own. Then unprofessionally sent to some sketchy garage where a million cars are parked. Car was nothing like the pics. Pics were photoshopped to hide the rips and tears and the interior was SPRAYPAINTED...engine light on. Sales associate was some random person who was unwilling to help. THEY DONT HAVE CARFAX AND THE CARS ARE IN TERRBILE CONDITION. All of them..you'll be better off walking than shopping at this place. Horrible horrible. I didnt even test drive thats how bad the customer service was

even though i ended up finding the car i was looking for somewhere else, they were very kind and offered to help me finance whatever car i wanted, and were friendly and courteous. I had to go somewhere else only because they didn't have what i was looking for. but based on the way i was treated, i would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Worst experience i ever had in my life i went to buy a car i asked was there anything wrong with it they lied and told me no. they said they would have it checked by their mechanic before i get it and that they would change the oil. After i paid for the car and picked it up it had no oil in it, the gas tank was on e and not even a week later the transmission was burnt out because it had no transmission fluid in it.
The car would not pick up speed and you could smell the transmission burning when i stepped on the gas. I brought the car back let them drive it to see the problem and they basically told me that it was because i got a oil change and i put the wrong oil in it. then it was because i put transmission fluid in it (like how are you going to drive a car with no transmission fluid) then they told me the transmission would be $1200 and that i would have to pay half i talked it down to me paying $400 which still was unfair considering i only had the car for 6 days and they knew it had problems before selling it to me.
They were very rude to me, yelling and talking over me and speaking to each other in their language where i could not understand what they were saying. They smoke cigarettes and hookah right in your face while dealing with their customers. These are very crooked and untrustworthy ppl please do not make the same mistake i did the prices may be cheap but you will pay for it in the long run.
Now im stuck with a junk car that's probably gonna give me more problems before the month is up.

Buyer beware.
I'm not sure how this place received multi-star ratings, they are a perfect example of the shifty used car dealer.

I came in to look at and hopefully buy a 2000 Volkswagon Golf GLS. It had low miles, looked clean on the outside in the pics and the price was decent. When I got there, the car was already running on the side of the road (usually a bad sign that it needed to be warm and running before I got there), and as I started to inspect it, there were several small things broken and underneath the engine/transmission was wet with oil. This guy, Steve, said that they change all the fluids/filters and check everything out with a mechanic that they consistently use. I asked Mohamed about the 90 day warranty on the engine and transmission as well as the bottom of the car wet with oil. He said that it covers engine/transmission failure, but if it's under a $500 fix, it's not covered (and that's how a car will kill you...nickel and diming you with $100-$400 multiple visits to the shop). He insisted that fixing these "small" oil leaks wouldn't be expensive. After driving the car (which was ok, but it was hard to shift into 1st gear - an obvious synchro wear issue), I asked to shut off the car so that I could check/look at the engine oil. Steve was hesitant and then said that it had a bad battery and it would have to be jump started to get it going again. After checking the oil, it was clear it hadn't been changed in several thousand miles - it was black, gritty and smelled a little burned -- needless to say, it has never been changed as they said it was. Then I saw that the receptacle that holds the oil dip stick was broken - therefore there wasn't a tight seal where the dipstick goes in - it looks like it was broken a while ago and would easily be noticed if they changed the fluids or did any check of the engine. This isn't a minor issue - the dipstick needs to be tightly sealed when the engine is running for it to run smoothly and it will allow moisture to get into the oil..which could lead to engine failure, but it may be a while for this to occur...past their 90 day warranty. Plus..on the test drive, the car pulled slightly to the right...so it also needed an alignment.

The fact that they lied about their care of the car and several smaller things broken (glove box, center console, central locking and 1st gear mechanical issues), and the oil leaks under the engine...clearly were signs to avoid this car as well to avoid this dealer regardless how clean or low miles any car has on their lot.

As mentioned, buyer beware... If you do go there to see a car - check it out thoroughly, look under for oil leaks, check/smell the engine, and transmission oil and drive the hell out of it. Remember that their 90 day warranty will only cover failure of the engine/transmission. If you have leaks or run into issues that warrant repairs after your purchase up to or in excess of $500 -- you're on your own.

If it looks like it's too good of a deal -- it probably is.

I went down there to purchase an SUV for a reasonable price and I found one that I was really interested in. The sales man came across as a very nice young man who I thought was very professional and I was pleased with him. He showed me around the lot and I selected an SUV that I really thought would fit me. He told me there was nothing wrong with the SUV and before they sell any vehicle they fix all the problems in it."That' Is LIE" Later on I came back with my certified mechanic and I guess he expected my mechanic to be someone off the street. But the mechanic who I took with me knows everything there is know about cars. My mechanic walked over to the vehicle and took out his machine and the car sales man became wide open with shock. He said " That machine that he had was better than then one he had and he got quiet." After my mechanic had concluded his inspection it turned out the vehicle had multiple electrical problems that they did not fix or disclose. I went over to the sales man to discuss the problems and he got an attitude with me. He than said "what electrical problems?! This car does not have any problems getting "smart with me". He said to me a layman person describe to them all the issues that my mechanic pointed out. So I told him I am not a certified mechanic but but the guy I hired is. I walked away at that point and that is the end of that. I do not have time for no drama nor am I desperate. So in conclusion I would not be patronizing or recommending any of my friends to get vehicle from them.
