We the Pierce family have seen the ups ,downs and most of all the major changes this complex has gone though. We lived there for nearly 34 years. If one is to consider this place for raising of a family, It is ideal. You have a mixture of cultures ,races and people unlike any other I have seen. No place is expected to be perfection ,but this place does offer as much as one would allow them self to accept. They have had a strong and fair mgr team for the last 10 + years,seldom have empty apts. The only one big gripe I can think of is the lack of parking for the family. You are given 1 space,however most growing families have 2 cars. Roselle Park has deemed the streets around it permit parking only,so one must got two blocks to valley st to park .....not really the complexes fault but something to think about...
The only other suggestion would be to place the supers number by the office. As well as perhaps his apt building number and apt letter....in case of emergency.
