By far the worst dealership ever.. I made an appointment with a sales guy and he showed up 3 1/2 late and every time I asked where is he they kept saying he's 10 minutes away.. Nobody else wanted to help and they all got upset every time I asked for help.. Bought a car and within a week it had so many issues and they said those things weren't in the warranty and also went 4 months with temporary plates..

Worst Car Dealer Ever !!!!

Here's a list of reasons :
1) The cars listed on this dealer's website do not exist physically on this dealer's lot.
2) Unprofessional and rude staff.
3) They try to lure you to the sales floor to make you buy a vehicle you don't want.
4) Unreasonable prices
5) They don't clean the cars before selling.
6) Cars are delivered with an almost empty gas tank.
7) Does not offer any kind of warranty.
8) They swap out the good tires for worn out tires.
9) They will not reduce even a single dollar of their "marked" car price.

The most unprofessional, horrible dealer i have seen in a while. They seat you in their garage which is freezing cold and has no sales associates to help you. We called ahead of time to check on the status of a vehicle which was then "Not listed on both the floor and the inventory". They are complete unprofessional liars who are trying to lure you into the sales floor to waste all of your time to buy a vehicle you don't want. Horrible experience.

Thieves is the word that best describes this dealer. I bought a 2009 chevy tahoe LT from them and the transmission was slipping on 1st and 2nd and 3rd gear. After many tries with this stealership the owner Sam paid a shop called Discount Transmission in Nj to rebuild my transmission and the transmission still slips on 1st, 2nd gear. It gets better last month from this post i got stopped by the cops and they told me my cars Vin Numbers come back dirty(Stolen) and ofcourse i thought it was a joke but they let me go because i myself am in the Law enforcement field and i showed them my credentials. So i recieved my title in the mail yesturday and the title said **Stolen Vehicle*** Insurance Transfer Only**** So i called them today and the manager assured me this would get resolved and they would call me back. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! Im definetly sueing this dealer! PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS DEALER GUYS SUNRISE MOTORS ARE THIEVES !!!! Like the previous reviewer said i wouldnt wish this dealer on anyone for their car shopping experience.

I was in the market for a pick up truck and came across the exact make and model I had been looking for. I contacted Sunrise Motors and verified that the truck I wanted was indeed in stock. That same day I went to their dealership and negotiated a trade on my car and drove off the same day with my new truck. The service was impeccable and the deal was better than any I had come across anywhere else in the tri-state area. Overall, I highly recommend them as it was a great experience and I left a fully satisfied customer.
