I have been attending this clinic, and seeing Dr. Burack for over 10 yrs, and i travel all the way from the Bronx. I absolutely love it. Very professional, No wait time. No nonsense in the waiting area. Also open 7 days a week is a plus. Parking can be tricky if you are driving.

Absolutely zero wait time when i call ahead. doctors are very well mannered and skilled. Great online service to follow up on your appointment.

I've been a very happy patient of Sunrise Medical at the 55 Greene avenue location,and even before when they had an office in the Flat bush Avenue area.My last visit December 15th 2014,was with Dr. Burack.I have been his patient for over 20 years.This facility is ultra modern with all the state of the art equipment you can imagine.I never have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen.And the whole staff is very friendly and professional.The bathrooms waiting area and exam rooms have always been very clean and professional in appearance. So excuse me! But I don't know what a few people are talking about, when they say there is dirt in bedded in the corner of the waiting room and bathroom floors and walls And that everything looked so gross there .I don't know what Sunrise Medical Group they went to visit, but it could not have been the same one I've been going to for over 20 years! Otherwise I wouldn't go- Amen

I was referred to Sunrise and Dr. Burack by a very dear friend that I trust and respect; Deciding to go was one of the best decisions I ever made. While yes the waits can be long and it can sometimes be frustrating if you are impatient type who arrives looking for people to drop everything to serve you immediately; the care and attention you get is fantastic.

Dr. Burack and His Colleagues, Gus and the Front Desk Staff have never been anything but professional, courteous and helpful. Yes the can get overwhelmed but its a human trait and nothing I would say was beyond the norm. What a number of new people don't understand is that Greene Ave is also the merging of two offices and staff, they have been working to improve response times to calls and emails and decor will improve but that also takes time.

I would recommend Sunrise to anyone needing primary health care in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.

The Doctors at Sunrise Medical Group are Excellent!!! .I always received professional services. (The Four Stars are for the doctors and other workers who are professional at their job with Sunrise Medical Group). (The NO STARS are awarded to), What is making the Medical Office receive bad reviews, is the Front Desk Reception. On several occasions, I have experience workers being very rude and disrespectful with providing information about accepted insurance, and contact information of there supervisor or manager to f/u with a verbal compliant. Basically, there are a lot of the front desk workers who, (act like products of their environment). I you can interact with a professional customer services representative at Sunrise Medical Group it is will worth the wait to see a doctor or specialist.
