The lady was very rude to me. I was very disappointed and will not go back.

I left my new pants for alteration.Lady that works at this establishment measured and marked where to hem.Few hours later, when I came back she did not want me try my pants, but finally agreed. When I tried them on I saw why she did not want me to try them on- the hem was way to high. I politely brought it up to her attention and asked her to fix it. She told me that i have to pay her $15 first and then she will do that again for another $15. I refused to pay until she corrects her mistake. She started to scream at me and start talking to me in a very aggressive manner. She attacked me, grabbed pants from my hands and started to threaten me with cops. I did not mind cops and actually also asked other customer to call the cops. They arrived 15-20 minutes later but could not do anything except suggesting to pay $15 and sue the business later...

TERRIBLE, MEAN AND INSULTING! I dropped 10 pieces, after a week nothing, I called she said that the stains on one top was not gone therefore she was re-doing it, so I asked if she could deliver the rest... she delivered 5 pieces after another week still nothing, called same story then they delivered 4 pieces with one very expensive top damaged, I went and they were saying they didn't do it then finally accepted their responsibility and told me they would do something once the stained top would be back (I told them to bring it back even if the stain wasn't gone, that all I wanted now was my top back) when I went to pick up this last top she hid the ruffles under the sleeve so I wouldn't see that they damaged the silk by trying to remove the stain. When I asked for my money back for the dry cleaning and told her she needed to pay for taylor repairs for both tops (I didn't even ask her to pay for the value of both tops) and she kindly reply to me that if I wanted money I should go work!!!!!!!!!! she said I was crazy, didn't want to talk to me, questioned how I raise my kids... police was involved SERIOUSLY this never happened to me, just don't go there and avoid the nightmare!

They lost my shirt for two months, didn't even clean it properly after I finally got it back after months of hounding them, and the crazy korean lady had the audacity to argue with me about me not giving her the right color and brand of the shirt. Which I did. She was arguing that I told her the shirt was blue when it was "Navy". Yeah, I know and I even have the entire convo on tape. These people have already been reported to the NY Consumer Protection Board and DA. They need to be shut down immediately.
