Dropped off 28 Lbs of laundry for same day fluff & fold service. Picked it up and half of my laundry was missing. When I told them they casually mentioned that "maybe they gave it to someone else." It then took 2 more days & numerous reminder phone calls of me to have them finally track down the other half of my laundry. They gave me NO apologies - wouldn't even admit that they made a mistake. To top it all off, I had pre-paid the full amount of the cost & they wouldn't refund any of my money! We spoke to the owner and he refused as well. AVOID THIS LAUNDRY MAT AT ALL COSTS!
