Horrible place to go. The other review mentions the lady manager, her name is Rosa Jackson. She flat out lied about the return policy stating that it only covers the frames and not the lenses. I went back to return with a tiny scratch on lense within 90 days. She lied about policy so that she could keep the commission because she was the one who sold it to me. I went to a different sunglasses hut and they were amazing and really helped me out. I was able to do an exchange or return at the other place, in Premium Crossings out in PA. I called customer service for Sunglass Hut to let them know about Rosa who is obviously lying and giving their company a bad name. Customer service confirmed that I am allowed to return any pair within 90 days NO HASSLES (meaning it can be broken or have scratches. Customer Service was astounded by hearing what this store manager had been doing. She has now been reported to her regional manager, and I really hope she gets fired. Not only did she lie but she was very rude and seemed insulted that I wanted to return my sunglasses. She was absolutely horrible and made me angry enough to write this review. Sunglass Hut is a good company but I would avoid going here because if Rosa still works there she will make it a horrible experience.
