Sunflower Child Care

Our son started at Sunflower on 5th Ave between Prospect Ave and 16th St when he was 3 1/2 months old. He just when he aged out at 2 1/2 years. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Natalie's Sunflower. It is so obvious they really love the kids there. Our son was always well taken care of, and as he got older, they also worked to teach him shapes, colors, letters, etc., as age appropriate. The staff members were very stable throughout our time there, with only a couple of people leaving during that time. The core staff at that location was Chantal, Victoria, Ana, Crystal, and Doris and we LOVED them all. The only real drawback for us (and reason we didn't rate it five stars) is the space. It's a bit small and while they do have an upstairs deck they use as an outdoor space, more room to run around would be ideal.

My daughter has been at Sunflower since she was 4 months old, and we've had nothing but great experiences there. The school is staffed with warm, loving teachers and they do a great job teaching the kids even at very early ages. Our daughter loves the school and its teachers and so do we.
