Very bad customer service. Doesn't get back to you in a timely matter. Stalls when it comes to anything that you won from them. Charge you out of this world for fees I believe they make up. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I won a free 7 day cruise and I have been trying to book this cruise for quite sometime now. Everytime I would call them up to find a date that would work for me, they would give me a run-around;not getting back to me for days on end. I would have to constantly call them to get some kind of results. I finally got ahold of someone and they told me that the only cruise I can get is a 4 day cruise with Carnival and tried to charge me $300+ in fees on top of $150 that I paid already. When I called Carnival directly they were charging me 5x less than what Sun Travel was charging me for fees if I just booked a regular cruise through them. It's bad enough that they weren't giving me 7 days that I won, but now they are trying to run down the time that I have to use the free cruise and charge me more than I the worth of the cruise.
