Sun National Bank

This bank is very incompetent! Our Landlord had our security deposit in account with this bank for over 3 years. We moved in June of 2011 and received our security back in July. Now in September we receive a "Collection account Notice" from this bank stating we owe $380.00. Not once did they contact us, Nor did we ever have access to this account. The Landlord was the only person able to withdraw and close the account. Apparently the bank made an error in the amount that was given to the Landlord even though our statements show for over 2 years the balance was $3496.64, we received a bank check from our Landlord for $3070.08 we didn't question the lower amount because the Landlord informed us that there was a $400 error in the account. Now this bank is trying to collect $380 from us for an error they must have made. I've been trying to get information from them but they don't have answers as to why but still turned it over for collection prior to ever contacting anyone. Now we have to try and get to the bottom of it and our credit is effected. We have always maintained extremly high credit scores and can't believe because of the incompetence of this Bank our credit is ruined. Don't Bank Here go to any other bank!
