- Terrible #108239

Extremely unprofessional. Made first appointment for Saturday, Oct 17th at 10:30. Arrived at 10:20 and waited until 10:50 am. The massage person, Debra, never showed up. The receptionist repeatedly texted and called her on her cell but she never responded. I walked out furious for having wasted my time. There was no management for me to speak with and the receptionist did not offer a solution.
