Took my first aerial yoga class with Marianne and will definitely be back! If you're looking for something different to try out, this is it! Marianne makes you feel safe and confident to step outside your comfort zone. Challenging at times, your body will thank you after.

I love Sukha! As an adult, it was really hard to find ballet classes for adults in the area. I'm so happy to have found Sukha! More recently, starting pointe has been a dream come true, and Pattie is an amazing teacher! She has that magic teacher ability to challenge us to grow while also making us feel really proud of what we've already accomplished. The classes at Sukha are affordable and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It's a great place to be!

Really enjoy and highly recommend the aerial dance fitness classes with Marianne and Christine, as well as adult ballet with Pattie! Such an inviting and fun learning environment! Love the teachers and the classes they offer.

Aerial yoga is one of the best classes I've ever attended. You can see your progression and your strength grow. Marianne is a great teacher - encouraging and supportive. LOVE it!

I started at Sukha a little over a year ago and it's completely changed my life. Christine, the owner, is so inviting, how can you not come back?! I started with regular yoga classes, which were so incredibly relaxing after a long day at work. Once Christine added the aerial classes, I was hooked. All of the teachers are so welcoming and it's totally a judgement free zone--- I take Marianne's aerial dance/fitness classes, which are not only a serious workout, they're so much fun. Come take her 90s pop theme class on Tuesdays!! I promise she doesn't disappoint! No experience needed- perfect for beginners :) love Marianne, Christine, and all the staff at Sukha!
