Suits and Skirts Cleaners

Have been using Suits and Skirts for 37 weeks and roughly 3 days, and have never been unhappy with the service they have given me. All items are returned on time or before, and the staff always seems very pleasant. I would recommend BOTH Suits and Skirts locations if you are in need of exceptional service ladies and gentlemen (Upper East Side and Murray Hill).

Impressed I Was

Unbelievably horrible experience. Destroyed multiple garments and lost a very expensive dress I dropped for dry cleaning. Worst of all, I left these jerks a review on Yelp stating my honest experience and the owner emailed me saying he was going to take me to court for defamation. For. A. Yelp. Review. ?!??!?! He then somehow got the review flagged so it appears hidden (u can find still it below the others) along with his other bad reviews. Magically after i left my honest negative review another 4 popped up from brand new Yelp users with no reviews.... so beware of fake reviews across the board.

Fake reviews. Ruin/lose close to $1k worth of a clients clothing then threaten . This is how these people operate.

Avoid at all costs.
