Reviews to Sugar Hill Medical Plaza
It's closed. If you call this number it would be a rude/unprofessional woman who doesn't know anything about sugar medical plaza. She is working for another hospital and the number is now theres. This is.so frustrating because I'm used to Lewis and doctor Anderson or even yet the French doctor and I'm upset I can't get in touch with those people. This number is for a different company so best luck on getting someone nice!

I have been going to Sugar Hill Medical Plaza since 2011. I have been treated with dignity and respect by ALL the staff!. And YES I would recommend the practice of being on time for appointments; remembering it's not ALL about you; and finally, the Golden Rule works every time!

It's almost unbelievable how bad Dr. Dastain is. He spent a total of 5 minutes with me, listened to my breath and took my pulse and diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. "Get an MRI and I'll see you in 3 weeks."
An MRI takes about 3 days. I got a second opinion by going to a private practice and the doctor said "Who on EARTH diagnosed fibromyalgia??"
He really could not care less about a patient.

Absolutely terrible. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30, sat for an hour, asked how much longer and the desk associate had the nerve to say very nonchalantly "at least another hour". They are very unorganized, slow in speed of service and unapologetic. I filled out all the necessary forms and insurance information online only to still waiting for almost 2 hours. And the catch? Theres only 2 other people in the waiting room! This place isnt even crowded. I would not recommend this to anyone. Take your insurance and your co-pay elsewhere

BEWARE OF INSURANCE SCAM!!!, After over an hour wait (even though I had an appointment), They tried to make me pay cash by saying I had to meet a deductible for my insurance. Kind of strange when the front of my insurance card says "please do not collect $ at time of service" and below that says "Deductible does not apply" with a star next to the type of service I was attempting to get. After talking to my insurance company and explaining it to the front desk, I was told the doctor would see me. After waiting another hour and a half, I am seen by the doctor for all of two and a half minutes. After just two questions by the mumbling doctor, I am told to go see another one of their doctors at their other office (which wouldnt be covered by my insurance, conveniently for them) Overall my visit included an attempt of an insurance scam, three hour wait, and two minutes with a terrible doctor. OHHH cant forget to mention the tiny waiting room with broken and ripped chairs as well as an overflowing trash can and a puddle of oil and chicken skins left under one of the chairs
