There is an inexplicable $11 monthly 'Meter' charge on every bill that the Suez customer pays. If you receive a paper bill you will see this charge. On the back of these bills it has an 'Understanding your Bill' section - however the 'Meter' charge isn't mentioned. Suez customer service have declined to explain and justify why customers are being charged this very billing cycle. Each and every Suez customer is being charged over $100 per year for a meter they don't even own. Suez should make a statement to their customers -on their website and on their bills- explaining why their customers need to pay this charge.
