Suede

Wish Google will allow a rating of negative 10 for suede's customer service. Booked a reservation with these clowns a week prior for a birthday reservation. Called mid week to verify and make adjustments to reservation, but I stayed on the phone line to be greeted by a voicemail instead, so I left a message. On the date of my reservation, I Finally received a call back about 30 minutes before original reservation time and confirmed my reservation was still valid. During that call there wasn't any mention of any type of grace period. Walked in at venue with my party of 12 about 15 minutes after my reservation time due to serious traffic on a nice Sunday just to realize that the unprofessional clown of a host had given my reservation to another walk up party who did not have a reservation at all. Usually, Professional organized management will try to accommodate a customer when an incident like this happens. Instead, a guy wearing all black with a secret agent microphone headset appeared to be the supervisor and started recapitulating the same nonsense about the 10 minute grace period. And as a result, I was told to wait an hour and a half just to be seated after driving over an hour to get to the kiosk of a restaurant in the first place. Long story short, this restaurant failed to fix this issue and showed no type of common remorse whatsoever to accommodate. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to celebrate their special day. date of incident 28-02-16.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON YELP. If there was a negative 5 star review I'd choose it. I came here on 02-28-16 for a friend's birthday. Reservation time was 5pm and we got there at 5:15pm. The manager told us he gave up our table to a party who had no reservation. NO RESERVATION. Not once did the restaurant mention their grace period policy. We were a party of TWELVE that got screwed by this restaurant. Ironically there was another birthday party of 10 behind us that also came 15 minutes late. Their table was ALSO given up to a party with no reservation. This restaurant has no value for customer service. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON YELP . You'll see I'm not the only one who had a bad experience at this place. Seems like it's a hit or miss whether you get in or not.

We ended up going to Amarachi's which was a great upscale venue with great food. Check it out.

The food is good and tasty but one item did come out cold. The service is lacking. Took a while to be seated and the place want fully occupied. People that came after its was seated before us. Took the waitress a while to be found. Just need better organization or more staff.

Horrible & disappointing experience. I came with a party of 27 for a three course meal Birthday Celebration (reservations were made). The appetizers were tasty but not enough to accommodate 27 people. One of the main courses was misrepresented on the menu. We were told there was an error on the menu. After the main course they could not wait to clear the table of all the dinner plates and glasses that still had a drink or water in them, without asking if you were finish. Then the real kicker came: Dessert which consisted of 4 rectangle plates with 1/2 of a cupcake, 1 mini cupcake in the center of the plate, & another 1/2 of a cupcake. They had the nerve to put 8 forks around 1 of the plates and none on the others. When asked what kind of dessert is this, the response was it is a sampler dessert and everyone is to take a piece. Who does that? No one wants to eat behind another person sticking your fork in your mouth and in the same piece of cake. How gross. They could have at least gave each person a whole cupcake. However, it did not stop there they tried to hike up the tab with a $200.00 gratuity fee, like we were stupid. If you dare go there check your receipt. Will not be going there again and neither will the group I was with. You had to see it to believe it!

Excellent dining experience! Timely service, courteous staff, excellent musical selection, and exceptionally delicious food. Still having pleasant flashbacks about the mango bbq wings :)
