Second time I've used Suddath. They keep to their estimates, which are always VERY fair and well priced. No financial surprises. They have a team of specialists at the ready to help with moving glitches (they brought an electrician to remove a chandelier I was taking with me; another time my sofa wouldn't fit thru the door and they arranged someone to disassemble and reassemble it). Their moving guys are always professional, hard working and go above and beyond. They get the job done smoothly, with a great attitude. I will only use them again in the future.

We moved across the country -- NJ to California, and have a LOT of things, including a lot of fine art some of which had to be crated. Suddath did a reasonably good job and I would use them again. What I liked -- our move coordinator, Sarah Jones (give her 5 stars), kept us informed at both ends of the move -- the pick up and the delivery, and she helped to solve problems -- always professional. All the companies rely on local contractors -- the contractor on the delivery end who came with our stuff in the 'shuttle truck' -- Fernando Velez -- and his brother Gilbert -- were outstanding. Efficient, pleasant, professional, on time, helpful (took as many boxes away as they could). The crating service MSS also good on either end -- our big pieces of art were unscathed and they showed up in time to get the pieces loaded and uncrated as planned. The entire office staff at Suddath is great - including the claims adjuster Justina Cohick. In big moves, things can happen. We had just a handful of items with damage (out of potentially hundreds so we are grateful). The claims process seems smooth - I will update this review if I learn that the follow through is not there. But I am expecting only the best as evidenced by the quick action by the company regarding our lost box spring. We called the day of delivery, and quickly got their assurance that they would cover the replacement without our having to go through paperwork, etc. An email to Sarah and a call with Justina, and we had a check on the way to us to cover the cost of the lost box spring. Moves are stressful. Suddath has been responsive and delivered effectively.

We had a complicated cross-country three stage move. Suddath was wonderful to work with, especially Steve Eschbacher and Sarah Jones and the "A" team that helped us pack and load for the second part of our move. The team on the other end of the move has been great as well. Thank you for making a potentially stressful event so easy!

I used Suddath for my recent relocation from New Jersey to Washington, and Suddath stored my household possessions while I went through the home buying process at the Washington end. When I closed on my new home and requested that my belongings be shipped, it happened to be late May, a busy time of year for scheduling long-distance moves. Fortunately, Sarah Jones at the Wayne, NJ office maintained ongoing communication with her counterpart in the Seattle area and worked very hard to get me the earliest date possible, given the circumstances. Sarah and the moving teams at both ends were personable, patient, and hard-working professionals.

Suddarth Relocation System managed my family's relocation outside the US. Sunny Park and her team were amazing. Mr. Louis Alaimo was very knowledgeable about his work. Everyone was very friendly as well.Delivery was prompt. I highly recommend Suddarth!
