Anything and everything you order is phenomenal. I recommend their Lomo saltado or tallarin Verde.

I didn't expect to find a nice place like sudaka in Elizabeth,NJ. I'm used to places like La Forgata nearby. I ate dinner here with fiance and her brother.
Our waiter understand perfect English. I didn't need to break out my high school spanish. I got the chicha (purple corn drink) and they got mexican coke.
We shared the Anticuchos (marinated grilled cow heart) and Yuca huancaina for apps. Our entrees were the bistec a lo Pobre, bistec a lo Macho (same as lo pobre but with a shrimp sauce), and I got the Parihuela (seafood soup).
The food and drinks came out to be around $76. A little bit more expensive than what Im used to paying for Peruvian food. But, the overall quality and decor made up for it.
Parking might be difficult to locate around the area.

Sudaka is well decorated with a contemporary feel, the food is delicious and plenty to choose from on the menu without it being over crowded or cluttered.
The tostons were the best I've ever had, immense food and flavour.
Its hard to find food of this type at this quality in North America, the only other place I have eaten food like this is in London - but alas I dont live there any more.
Try the purple Peruvian drink, its as funky as the purple one himself - very smooth.
So glad I found Sudaka, as I'll be coming back, even if it means the long trek from Brooklyn to get here. YUM.

Talk about a gem. The food was cooked to perfection with so much flavor. Our ceviche in tigers milk was so fresh. I ordered the chicken tostones and salad. I have never had a toston so thick, fried crispy outside and tender inside. The chicken was bursting with flavor. The 3 sauces it comes with was outstanding. I will be taking my friends to this local spot from now on. The waiter was so nice. Even fixed me a complimentary peruvian drink.
