Subway

I have had good days and bad days at this Subway. Mostly good though. Food is well. . Subway. It is filling and is better than the other fast food in the area. Cost is okay although I would like to see even more of a reduction. Even with the specials i don't feel like the price is worth it. Would eat there more if the price was better.

The location is inside a food court. Its a small subway with usual. Other stores nearby have closed down (indian tandoor). The customer service is bad here because the people who are serving seem to have an attitide especially a "heavier hispanic lady". I don't know her name but its for the manager to know who i am pointing out. The worker was passing comments on customers looks, attitude, dressing when a customer was looking at various options available in the food court. There is also a sign which says "No more than One refill". They also don't carry regular size and push the large and charge for large drinks. I doubt they carry regular size cups for soda(they will say they ran out). The same day i made this as an example for nearly 200+ of my employees how to be sensitive to people of different collars(white/blue), race, ethinicity and how to be neutral/diplomatic and be not friendly with some and judgemental with others. One way how not to run a food service. I will suggest to stay away from this place if u don't want to be judged.
