I purchased the newest sandwich at this store just the other day (Eggplant Parmasean). It was HORRIBLE. I took the sandwich back to the store and was told I needed the receipt. I had someone bring down the receipt and then the story changed to the MGR. that originally made the sandwich had to be there to refund my money and to come back SATURDAY between 7am and 11pm. I do not live in Newark. I am diabetic and sought out this place because I thought it would be a good healthy choice. I sat in the store for almost 2 hours with the promise that all was needed was my receipt with VERY rude employees; gawking and laughing. There was one employee that was the rudest and strangest person I have ever seen in my life. I have heard of quirky but he was down right WIERD. Very unprofessional, young, rude employees that work here.

The service was outstanding as soon as I entered the resturant I was greated with the most friendly staff.
