Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is very rude and has a thick accent which nobody can understand. Never going back there again.

Owner gives slow service. He sells old and rock solid cookies, not baked every day as he claims he gets irritaded if you order the nationaly advertised $5 footlongs. I would go after lunch time if I could thats when his employes are in and which are the total opposite. I will avoid and walk across the street to dunkin donuts.
