I wanted to give zero stars after the BS I experienced today!!!
I walked into subway during a bike ride to Pelham park. I entered because I had to use the bathroom. I asked the man I believe was the manager if there was a bathroom available for customers. By saying that I am implying I understand I know I must make a purchase before I'm allowed to use the bathroom. He then says, you have to make a purchase before you can use the bathroom. I get on line they're taking care of the customer in front of me, then a woman asked me how she can help me, I ask her again the man said I can use the bathroom after making a purchase, she said yes. I ask her if she sells water here, the man I spoke to first interrupts me with an attitude and says oh no you have to buy a sandwich! I say to him didn't you say I had to make a purchase, you never said I had to buy a sandwich... He continues to shout at me as I repeat myself a customer he's helping starts to yell so I can't be heard, i continue speaking until my sentence is finished and heard. I said to him if ThAT is a rule, it should be specified at the time I'm asking. He changed the rule with in minutes. I feel this was inhuman I cannot believe that I had to deal with that man, I've never had such terrible customer service from a subway... I am complaining because I felt he was unfair and I didn't appreciate his attitude. Thank you for listening
