I've shot in Greg's studio twice and will go back again. It is a comfortable place for filmmakers to shoot in. Not to mention a large and beautiful space. He gives you access to a gritty rooftop and a cozy, spacious roof deck. Greg is helpful and is more than understanding with young filmmakers especially with his prices. He really looks out for you and helps with discounted prices whenever he can. There was one issue we had when we shot out in the roof deck; a neighbor's dog was locked out in its yard and wouldn't stop barking. It delayed our production. But Greg was understanding and guaranteed us a free hour next time. My shoot benefited tremendously from Greg and his studio. Thanks Greg!

Beautiful open studio that provided us with a wonderful space to host a small family/friends get together. It has a great outdoor deck and plenty of room to mingle, entertain and make great photos!
Thanks to the owner, Greg, who was very explicit about rules and conditions, the party went smoothly and without any issues. Our guests were impressed and happy to celebrate with us in this gorgeous space.

225BK is a beautiful studio, very versatile and comfortable to work in, lots of equipment avail. The studio offers many looks and styles! The owner Greg makes everyone feel comfortable and does whatever he can to help make you're shoot a success and help you capture you're shot. The deck and roof spaces offer additional areas to shoot or relax as well as the H&M and wardrobe areas give everyone space to work!

Gorgeous space---especially for photographers and models and makeup/hair/wardrobe to collaborate. Seperate floor for hair and makeup, roof area---everything for creativity in comfort. Greg is amazing and will show you around and help to make sure you have the setup you need to get your stuff done. Highly reccommed!!!!

This studio is absolutely superb. Greg is so helpful and accommodating I don't know how we would of made our film ( Jay Mancini) without him. One of the things that makes Studio 225BK stand out above of the rest is its size and availability of rental EQ. We shot 11 scenes there and not one of those scenes look like they were shot in the same place.
