Decent warehouse space to see shows. Experience really depends on the promotion group throwing said event. Location is a little funky

Terribly experience here hosted by Jukely. The food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced and the venue does not have any ventilation. Expect to feel overheated.
This is also a very dangerous area and I would not recommend leaving the venue at dark. I was mugged at least 3 times.

Fairly good spring/fall venue that is raw industrial. It is used frequently by Jukely for their Sound Projects. But much too hot in the summer and much too cold in the winter. However, due to the irregular use, I doubt they would fix either the heating or the cooling.
