I bought shoes at the Yorkdale Mall and staff sent said shoes to my home two hours away by postal service. They did not fit properly, I called store and said I would mail shoes back to store for a full refund when they received them. I was told I would have to drive to the store with my credit card for the refund as they need to have it in order to process refund. How stupid in this day of electronic transactions!!
I spoke with sore staff, manager, and district manager Marissa and Ligia. Both were rude. LIgia was very rude and completely unwilling to help. I have to drive two hours to return shoes and get my refund, and Ligia has to be in the store for me to get my refund. If I had ordered shoes on line, and returned them, I would have had a refund on line with no issues.
I have tried to call the customer service line several times and have been on hold for so long that the line disconnects.
Owner/CEO, you need to do something. This is no way to run a business!!!! What era are you in? It should be all about customer service!!!!
