Tom at STS researched prices of tires at a critical time when I needed replacement after a short time from a purchase. He went the extra mile; and completed the servicing promptly.I have had sufficient problems with my tires--none of which are due to STS--however my STS guys; both Tom and Tom, have been excellent service providers through it all.

Good auto shop, good workers, very nice owners. They've repaired many issues with my cars over the years, saved me tons of money, and kept my vehicles running in top shape for me.

Two times now, I've managed to drive my car here later in the day after it refused to start in the morning. They say they can't reproduce the problem, which I can't really blame them for, since it's only happened three times in a few months. And yet, it's not very good when you bring your car in and they don't fix the problem. They said it was probably a "developing starter problem," but they didn't offer an estimate to fix it.
A friend of mine has also had problems with this STS. She started with a radiator problem. The first time, they didn't clamp a hose right. The second time, I admit I forget what was wrong exactly, but it was still related to the radiator. Now she's on the third radiator problem in a few months, and she's taking it elsewhere. It seems to us like taking our cars to STS is just as likely to help as hurt or do nothing.
