Quoted $130+ to swap two tires and add a TPMS sensor. Went up to Medina's in South Amboy and only paid $50 for the same tasks....rip off alert.

On 02/11/15 I go to get an oil change. The person servicing my car says: "you need a new oil tank plug, the old one is stripped....but don't worry about it we won't charge you"
when I went to pay I noticed Tom (guy up front) was charging me more than my first oil change, thus I asked why...and he says it was for the oil tank plug....I mentioned to him what the guy from out back told me..Tom says "I'm the one that makes the calls and I need to keep track and charge for what goes out of this store!"..

The plug is only worth like $7 bucks, so no big deal, but get your act together and don't deviate from what someone that works for you says right in front of you, and talk to customers that way... I mean be a little smarter and think before you open your mouth and don't neglect good business e.i. customer satisfaction. You could have made a lot more than $7 if I was to be a returning customer, instead of being a jackass when a customer asks.

When I got in my car I noticed they had used the wrong engine oil I brought in ( I've been using Mobil One Synthetic for over 12 years, love it, works great, never want to use any other...they used Castrol non synthetic)

Between their discrepancy, wrong oil in my car and HORRIBLE customer service from Tom..I'll make sure this was my second and last visit to that place!!!
