STS Tire & Auto Center

I was charged $87 more than the price which I was told when I ordered the service, I had to spend half hour to argue with the store manager in order to get my money back.

I had another unpleasant visit to this STS store not long time ago, they injected wrong oil to my car, caused warning sign on dashboard lighted, the technician insisted the light was on before he changed the oil, I had to go back to the store on the following day, they fixed the problem by replaced the oil with correct one, even though, the technician still insisted the warning sign was on before the oil was changed.

I wouldn't go to that store anymore.

Went to Pep boys, they said i needed to buy a new tire...went to STS they said the core of the stem was bad. STS fixed it free of charge. Refreshing to find an honest crew.

They really try to do a good job....and they have worked really hard to fix my car a few times and keep me from going to the dealer which is of course so much more expensive. Wish they were cheaper, but I also wish I had a money tree. Yuri is a pro but it's Timor that really makes the place shine. Always a smile and always trying to give good service. I see that to all the customers he deals with.

Good service and reasonable price on tires (would have been 4 star, minor mistake on tire direction) had to go back to fix. But they are very nice and fixed issue immediately. Yuri was extremely professional and honest and seems all round nice guy so 5star

My ac was having problems, the cold air was cutting in and out.
I went to a mechanic near my girlfriend's place in brooklyn, and they told me my freon level was fine, and all I needed was to replace my fuse that runs the ac. They didn't have the part, so they weren't able to fix it. I so I went to STS near where I lived a few days later, asking them if they had the part. They took my car to the back away from my view and told me they will "look" at it. 30 minutes later, they told me I had no freon. I didn't believe them and left. But this time, my ac was not cooling at all. I went back to the mechanic in brooklyn and they told me my freon was gone. STS IS VERY SHADY!!! They took my freon!! STAY AWAY!!!
