Great, fast, friendly, competitive. I went in at 530 expecting to purchase tires and have to come back another day since they close at 6. 30 minutes later I was out of there with 4 new tires on my car. Can't beat that!

STS has always taken care of my cars, whether I have an appointment or just drop in with an urgent need. They are great!!

Came in for an oil change. I was the only one waiting, didn't expect out to take more than a half hour. Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour.

THE ONLY PLACE I WILL TAKE MY CAR! These guys are awesome. I feel like with all my families cars I'm here every other week but i don't even mind. They are always helpful and nice, they get everything done very quickly. Any question i have they are more then willing to answer. Highly recommend!

I have an old car that I am ready to replace if I have a repair that is costly. I was having issues with it surging and losing power on the highway and in town and the "check engine" light was on. I was going to junk it and get something else but I called STS in Fairlawn to see if they would look at it. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars so I wanted a professional opinion. I told them I thought maybe my transmission was going and if that was the case, I didn't want them to do anything. They called to tell me that it was the fuel injectors being "gunked up" (their words). They said one was totally blocked, the other 7 were almost totally blocked. They stated the repair for one was around $300, but for all 8 it would be more. I stated that I wanted to be assured that they were absolutely certain this was the problem. They stated definitely. I got all 8 replaced and THERE WAS NO CHANGE. In fact, it seemed to be worse. And the "check engine" light was still on. I contacted them the next day to state that I had cancelled the check and if they wanted to put in the old injectors that would be fine, but I was not paying to be taken for a ride. They stated that they wanted me to come in so they could take another look at the car but couldn't do that if I was going to cancel the check. I told them that if they took another look and found something else wrong with the car that it would be cost prohibitive to pay for another repair and that the whole reason I stated clearly from the beginning that I wanted them to assure me that the replacement of the injectors was the only issue with the car. It is a 1995 Crown Vic, almost 20-years old, so why would I keep putting money into a car that old. Another point to note - when I brought the car in last year to have brake work down they said that I also needed a tune-up, that the spark plugs were not in good shape. I didn't have the money to do it ($400) and the car was running fine, so I said I'd do it another time. Now, a year later when I brought the car in and had a conversation with the rep he stated out of the blue "one good thing is that your car has been very well maintained. All the spark plugs look to be in great shape!" THIS IS THE SAME SERVICE COMPANY SAYING THE EXACT OPPOSITE ONE YEAR LATER, AND I NEVER HAD THE WORK DONE. I took the car to Ford yesterday in Paramus and they did a diagnostic and said that it is the spark plugs/wiring. STS is telling me they are charging me with Theft of Service. I have never stolen anything in my life! As a woman who has been taken advantage of too many times by mechanics, I am putting my foot down. I will fight this to the end and I am already in touch with an attorney, the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Also, i remember seeing some time ago an expose' on mechanics on ABC or cBS or NBC. They team put a hidden camera in a car and left it at several service stations, in some of the footage they saw the mechanics beating the engine with wrenches and other ridiculous things. This trade gets a bad rap from these kinds of instances. SHAME ON YOU STS!!!
