They are great here! I was suffering from a fractured back that later turned into a herniated disk issue with sciatica symptoms, just plain back pain, immobilization and so much more. Andre is the therapist I have been seeing most of the time and he is amazing. However, when he isn't there every other therapist or assistant that has helped me have been just as good! The front desk staff is helpful, courteous and on top of the scheduling. They are also flexible with me which I appreciate! Overall, this facility is amazing. They don't make you feel like a number and really engage in your treatment. I feel like they really care about their patients and want them to recover as best as possible. They work as a team or a family if that makes sense and the top priority is that you seek the best treatment possible! I don't know what I would do without PT!!!! My pain is improving and I'm able to function a lot more comfortably on my own! They have literally helped me to put the pieces of my life together and function like a "normal" human being again! I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate place for recovery! I would use them again in a hear beat!

I went to this place with alot of pain in my knees and feet. Now i used to manage a physical therapy clinic about 15 years ago. I am true believer of physical therapy. The therapist had from day one kept repeating over and over that there is nothing she can do about the pain. She was not helpful at all. But what really put the icing on the cake was when i had a session at 8:30am. The therapist wasnt there and they did not know if and when she was coming in. Worst no one called me to tell me that my session wasnt going to happen. Here i am limping to my session looking fir relief and no one cares to contact me.

Sorry but this was totally unprofessional.

Physical therapist and Occupational Therapyst are awesome, However the front desk and administrative staff have no regard for patient/customer's time. They make you wait unnecessarily and schedule you at the wrong times and are incredibly rude and inconsiderated. This makes you not want to come back. I wish the owners would do something about it.

They care about each patient Maria DeFalco researched the best therapy for me, and then executed the treatment faithfully. If I need to get PT again I would not hesitate to go back.
