I had great benefits from structural integration. Not only my posture improved a lot, but many of the injuries that I was carrying around due to my muay thai training were so much more at ease! Structural integration definitely brought more fluidity to my fighting skills which I loved it. Thank you Anne-Marie for all the help. I Highly Recommend it.
