Strong & Shapely Gym

Honestly i like it there its like my place to relax and noone bugs u but ppl can never rerack wat they use ugh i put it back myself i dont mine . If u go to a gym treat it wit respect like u wud treat ur home..I like the music and working out in the stretching room big mirror i do alot of shadow boxing :) nice ppl service is good and the hotwater is on point in the shower wud be cool if it had a breakfastfood bar and more desplay on gear and sample. And more drinks. I wake up everymorning at 3am to make breakfast i love cooking i wish i lived closer ill be the chef of the gym lol. But i like the gym i been there for 3 months already

This is the place to go if you want to surround yourself with the people that are actually doing the whole fitness thing. Mono lift. Plenty of squat racks. Plenty of equipment. I challenge you to go a day where you can't find the dumbbell your looking for. Never too crowded. But that wouldn't be a problem anyway because of the quality of people who train there. Bring your gym etiquette and you'll have a great time. And for a great price.

Terrible customer service. The reps couldn't even tell me the memberships they have available. Spoke to a manager, and even she acted like she didn't know anything.
How do you expect to get more clients, if you can't even tell them their membership options?

Pound for pound, quality gym. Not a bad price, lots of equipment, never too crowded.

My only gripes are maintenance and upkeep. Several of the dumbbells are broken, missing, or falling apart. Many of the bikes and 2 of the 3 rowers haven't worked in months. A handful of the treadmills are on the fritz since I have been there (over a year), etc. This has been reported in the past, but it seems like its not a top priority.

Like I said, if you are a self-disciplined person who has a routine and knows there way around a gym, you can't beat it. Certainly better than most other options in the area.

You will never have to wait for a machine, ever. This gym has every tool you would ever want at your disposal. Bodybuilding, Cardio, Crossfit, you name it, they have it. Best gym in the area, hands down, bar-none
