Strathmore Vanderbilt Country

We just celebrated our 50th reunion from St Mary's Manhasset High School and we had our Saturday night reception at this wonderful venue! The staff and Management led by Don Feimer were superb. We received so many positive comments about food, decorations, the building, and it's beautiful appearance, we have decided to do our 55th reunion there! Many of our attendees had either belonged to the Club in their youth or had held their wedding receptions there as adults that most felt right at home. And those who were not at all familiar with the Club were soon in love with it's fairytale look and ambience. What a gorgeous venue for any wedding or special event, the Library is warm and welcoming, with dark woods and plenty of old world book editions in place.The Marie Antoinette room is exquisite with period furnishings and a working fireplace to warm the heart and soul! The outside patio area overlooking the Olympic sized pool is breathtaking. The menu is creatively modern and delicious to both look at and enjoy! You could not go wrong selecting the Strathmore Vanderbilt Country Club as your choice for wedding, Baptism, Bar Mitzvah or anything in between!

I grew up in Strathmore and my family was a member of this wonderful Club for over twenty years. we made many lifelong friends in those years and I have memories that will last forever. A wonderful place to raise a family. This Country Club is like one big family.
