Very happy with my transaction. They are a very upfront fair dealership. Did not feel any pressure or haggling.

I purchased a 2007 Audi RS4 via internet. I asked the salesman, Gregg, about any issues with the car. He told me that his mechanic did a thorough inspection and found no issues. I also employed an outside mechanic that found the rear brakes were extremely low, needing to be replaced immediately. Straight motors took it upon themselves to replace the rear brake pads, but failed to mention to me that they broke the parking brake while doing the repairs. Upon delivery I also found that the glove box was broken ($350 part) the center armrest was broken ($300 part), a rear bumper trim piece was missing ($500 part), and the parking brake was inoperable....none of which was disclosed to me before purchasing the car. Simply put, they are shady, and will take advantage of anyone they can in order to sell a car. They refuse to take any responsibility for the repairs, claiming they didn't know it was broken. Really? How can you not notice a parking brake that is not connected? Essentially, they lie through their teeth. Shop elsewhere.

I bought my 04 Nissan Sentra there and it's been great. They helped me out throughout the buying process, Mark suggested a few options for my budget and I never felt like they pushed me to purchase anything. The car was in excellent condition and overall good experience I would recommend anybody to go check them out.

Anthony We are in the Same Position, I bought a Sienna 98 THAT ONLY LAST 90 DAYS, WHEN I CALL ON MY 95TH DAY THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS ON MY OWN... (The Same Guy "Mark"). I TOOK THE CAR TO THE MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY PUT "HONEY OIL" For those who don't Know This is a Very Thick Oil that Does not let you Listen to ENGINE PROBLEMS... I PAID $4,100.00 FOR IT AND I SPENT ANOTHER $1,700.00 FOR ANOTHER ENGINE AND LABOR... "THEY JUST SALE JUNK THERE"...
