Everyone from the reception staff to the repair workers themselves are polite and genuine people. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them and confident in the work they will do. The on staff Gecio and Enterprise rental is a grand touch. I'm glad I was suggested this place!

The rear bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced. They called my insurance company, I spoke to them for five (5) minutes and then Straight line handled the rest of the call. They detailed and polished my car as a courtesy b/c they knew how frustrated I was without a car. Three (3) days later, The entire car looked and was perfect.
